UAE Urgent Order Delivered Before Holiday: 98,200 M PVC Edge Banding Completed On Time
As the Chinese New Year holiday approached, production and logistics schedules became extremely tight. On January 31, we received an urgent request from our customer in the United Arab Emirates for a large-volume order of PVC edge banding with strict consistency requirements.
The order details were clear and time-sensitive: PVC edge banding 0.5 × 22 mm, wood grain finish, total quantity 98,200 meters. Wood grain products require stable color and texture across the batch to match furniture panels, so quality control and production coordination were essential from the start.
Despite the peak season pressure, our team prioritized the project and organized production efficiently. We completed manufacturing on February 5, just one day before the factory holiday began on February 6.
After production, we quickly arranged delivery to the customer’s freight forwarder. The cargo was handed over smoothly and entered the warehouse successfully, helping the customer keep their shipping plan on schedule. We also supported documentation coordination, including shipping details related to the Bill of Lading (BL).
